Parallel Education System or Coaching Industry is growing expontially for the past three decades. Still no regulations are there in place for the Coaching Institutes. There has to be a Government controlled Regulatory Authority to control unethical practices of Coaching Institutes. 

Coaching Industry started as people were disillusioned with the Education System. Now they have started a Parallel Education system which may be more dangerous than the original system. Original Education system is surely more democratic, inclusive, affordable and just.

Coaching Institutes operate with impunity as there are no checks on them by the State or Central Governments.

A short list of Unethical Practices  carried out by these Coaching Institutes are mentioned  briefly as below:

(a) No screening of students for admission. 
(b) Misleading Advertisements without informing the number of successful students out of total students. No mentioning of the different Categories in the advertisements.
(c) Huge no of students in a Class.
(d) No refund of fees to weeker students who leave early as they fail to grasp the subjects.
(e) 'Buying' Achievers from other Institutes.
(f) Enrollment of students from different background, different courses, different age, different IQ, different field in the same Class-Room.
